BAD JOB OF THE WEEK | D.C. DISCONNECT

Maureen Dowd of the New York Times comparing President Obama to Robert Griffin III

I don’t even like to compare athletes in different sports, let alone one to a person responsible for making world decisions, but comparing the President of the United States to a professional athlete is and always will be completely ridiculous.

Many people have their reasons to dislike/or like a President. But that’s neither here nor there when it comes to this particular matter. Whether it’s Obama, Clinton, or Bush, the notion of even suggesting someone in a position of political power should take lessons from what some 22-year old kid is doing on a football field is incomprehensible.

Either way, it’s a bad job.
